Wire forms are manufactured by a variety of methods. Small quantities or prototypes may be produced in our Short Run Department. High-volume orders are better suited to automated methods and may be produced in either our Four Slide Stamping Department or Spring Department. All tooling is performed in house and is able to be completed in a fraction of the time of most of the competition. Atlantic Precision Spring will evaluate your design and suggest the most cost-effective method of manufacture. The Quality Assurance Department monitors all production processes of each part insuring that customers tight tolerance shaped wire is manufactured to the customer’s drawings.

Using the engineering assistance of Atlantic Precision Spring, Inc spring programs is available to help in determining the best suitable spring force for each wire form bend angle application. Or if a ""quote to a print"" is required on any existing part APS can provide with a quick turnaround.
