Producing custom precision flat wire springs on APS’s fourslide machines from a material thickness range of 003" (.076 mm) to .125" (3.175 mm), and up to 12.00" (304.8mm) wide depending on the intricacy. The material used varies as well from plain carbon steel such as C1075 to stainless steel such as 400 series to 17-4ph to name a few.
